In relation to this, Mayor Menchie was recently invited to attend the Asia-Pacific Mayor’s Academy for Sustainable Urban Development as part of the Component II of the Academy which will focus on fostering sustainable urban growth, financing competitive cities and establishing sustainable urban governance in Thailand from December 2-5, 2019.

In addition to this, subsequent activities of the Academy will also include sessions and participation in the tenth session of the World Urban Forum on February 8-13, 2020 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates in which our Municipal Mayor Menchie C. Lomboy- De Guzman M.D. is also a participant.
